HARRISON – If a natural disaster were to befall Clare County, there is no facility suitable to shelter hundreds of residents for days or weeks that officials know of yet.

HARRISON – Rumblings over Clare County’s crackdown on unpermitted building projects have grown louder and overlapped permit fees.

HARRISON – With estimated general fund revenue locked in at $9.5 million for the next budget year, Clare County Commissioner Jack Kleinhardt has called on reinventing county government.
