GRANT TWP – The Clare Northern Group has cleared a major hurdle in its quest to build a private wastewater treatment facility on commercial property it owns north of Clare in Grant Township.

HARRISON – One day after the Harrison School Board ratified a tentative teacher contract agreement, the Harrison Education Association accepted the contract.
The HEA voted 55-0 to approve the contract during a meeting on Tuesday, June 26.
The Harrison School Board had voted unanimously to ratify the agreement one day earlier on Monday, June 25.
